First published: 2026-09-30T23:23:24+00:00. Completeness: unknown.The Andante introduction, mm. 1–5, rises through a pedalled arpeggio before a brief melody settles onto a held chord. In G major and 3/8, mm. 6–21 present the tune with dotted rhythms, paired upper notes and light bass support. Measures 22–37 decorate the melody with triplet figures, chromatic ascents and short descending turns. In mm. 38–53, chordal upper phrases alternate with rising bass figures; successive paired notes then carry the line into a higher register before the cadence. The Allegretto at m. 54 changes to 2/4. Through m. 76, detached notes, grace-note touches and chromatic neighbors alternate with longer scalar descents over a steady eighth-note accompaniment. Measures 77–92 add continuous lower chords beneath rising arpeggios and descending upper figures. Measures 93–108 move through an octave-high passage, repeated chromatic figures and accented triplet descents, then return to the written register. A crescendo in mm. 109–114 leads into the broad descending line of mm. 115–116. Rest-separated forte chords in mm. 117–120 bring the music to its held G-major close in m. 121.
