Measures 25 to the end bring back the opening night-ride pattern. The right hand again holds longer notes while the left hand plays the short lower figures. The final measures slow with a ritardando and end with held notes in both hands.

The optional teacher duet adds a fuller accompaniment underneath the student part. The score notes that the student plays one octave higher when using the duet.
