“Bridal Chorus - PreTime Classics - pg. 8-9” is a very easy piano arrangement of Wagner’s famous “Bridal Chorus” from the opera Lohengrin. The student part is written in a simple five-finger position with thumbs sharing Middle C, while the teacher duet fills out the harmony underneath. The piece is marked slow march tempo and keeps the student part extremely clear, using long notes, simple quarter-note motion, and a steady 4/4 pulse.
Measures 1–4 present the opening wedding-march phrase. The student plays a simple right-hand melody with long notes and repeated stepwise motion, while the left hand adds a few basic supporting notes. The forte marking gives the opening a confident ceremonial sound, even though the student part uses very few notes.
