1. Measures 1–8: A paired-note melody in F major moves above a steady bass-and-chord accompaniment.
2. Measures 9–16: The opening melody returns an octave higher, while the left hand changes to continuous broken-chord sixteenths; both staves carry octave signs.
3. Measures 17–24: In C major, a single-note melody introduces chromatic grace notes and short descending runs over the dance accompaniment.
4. Measures 25–32: This decorated eight-bar strain is written out again and closes with the same compact cadence.
5. Measures 33–40: F major returns. Repeated grace-note figures alternate with quick runs, while held bass notes support offbeat chords; a trill leads into the cadence.
6. Measures 41–48: The final strain is written out again, returning to its trill and closing chords.
