1. Measures 1–18: The Andante con moto introduction begins with a quiet high melody over rising arpeggios. The phrases expand through rolled chords, high-register ornaments and upper intervals. A more flowing passage, a ritardando and a light ornamental flourish lead to a fermata cadence.
2. Measures 19–34: The 2/4 Allegretto introduces a triplet-decorated melody over bass notes and chords. Rising sextuplets and descending high-register figures alternate with returns of the main phrase.
3. Measures 35–42: A new chromatic figure includes trills and accented lower responses. Grace-note replies and an expanding upper sequence lead into a broad ascent.
4. Measures 43–52: Flowing upper figuration continues over lower chords with a separately moving upper line. A chromatic crescendo and small ornamental groups lead to changing upper chords above broad lower arpeggios, then a detached close.
5. Measures 53–68: The chromatic, trilled material returns before the main melody reappears quietly. Its rising and descending figures expand into a brighter, more emphatic continuation.
6. Measures 69–76: A repeated episode combines accented broken upper figures with changing lower chords and arpeggios. Longer runs lead to a rising close.
7. Measures 77–88: The main melody returns with varied lower parts and further upper runs. Accented chords, repeated notes and trilled chromatic sequences build toward a high-register transition.
8. Measures 89–99: The animato coda unfolds in rapid chromatic ascents and descents. High ornaments lead to an interlocking martellato passage, followed by fortissimo chords and a sustained final sonority.
