“Light Cavalry Overture” is a Level 3A–3B piano arrangement of the famous overture by Franz von Suppé. This arrangement is written in G major and 6/8 time, with an Allegro tempo marking. The music has a lively cavalry character, with dotted rhythms, quick grace-like figures, accented notes, left-hand chord support, and a strong march-like drive.
